Settled – Bunton v. Sephora USA, Inc.

Plaintiff alleges that Sephora failed to provide timely off duty meal periods, failed to properly calculate regular rate of pay for overtime purposes, failed to reimburse for the purchase and/or maintenance of uniforms, failed to pay all wages due on termination, and failed to issue wage instruments in conformity with the California Labor Code. The parties have reached a settlement. The Court granted final approval of the settlement on August 30, 2013.
