Settled and Closed – Nguyen v. JAG

Plaintiff alleged she and other similarly situated employees were denied pay for time spent undergoing bag searches, were not reimbursed for clothing worn on the job, did not receive compliant meal or rest periods, and suffered other derivative violations of the California Labor Code related to earnings statements and receipt of wages upon termination.

The Court granted final approval of the class settlement on June 19, 2014, funds were disbursed and the case is now closed.
