Settled and Closed- White v. MV Public Transportation, Inc.

This class action lawsuit alleges wrongful conduct by Defendant MV Public Transportation, Inc., dba MV Public Transportation (“MV” or “Defendant”), by its unlawful failure to reimburse employees for work-related expenses; failure to pay employees for all hours worked, in that Defendant fails to pay a maintenance allowance to compensate the employees for maintaining the uniforms Defendant requires employees to wear for work; and failure to furnish employees with accurate wage statements (1) gross wages earned, (2) total hours worked, and (5) net wages earned.

The parties were able to reach a settlement of all claims in this matter and several other related matters.

On October 2, 2020, the Court granted final approval of the Settlement. Funds have been distributed and the case is now closed.
