Cheryl is a senior litigation secretary and paralegal with over 30 years of secretary, administrative and paralegal experience in complex litigation, discrimination and employee wage and hour class actions. Cheryl provides support to the firm lawyers in all aspects of the litigation process, from the start of a case through discovery, trial, post-judgment and appeal. She assists with document management and review, database management, drafting and formatting of various correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motion related documents, assisting with trial preparations, as well as communications with clients, experts, court staff and vendors. Cheryl also maintains the firm calendaring system. Cheryl has extensive experience in manual and e-filing in Federal Courts throughout the U.S. and most counties within California. In her spare time, Cheryl is a proud Ravenclaw and also works at being the entire firm IT department.
