Settled and Closed - Doyle v. Good Eggs Technology, Inc.

This class action lawsuit alleges Defendant Good Eggs, Inc., dba Good Eggs Technology, Inc. (“Defendant”) engaged in the following illegal activities: failed to reimburse Plaintiff and proposed class members for work-related expenses, including but not limited to, costs incurred to use their personal cell phones and vehicles to do their jobs; failed to provide meal breaks, or provide compensation for missed meal breaks; failed to provide rest breaks, or provide compensation for missed rest breaks; failed to pay regular and overtime wages; failed to maintain and provide accurate wage statements to employees; failed to timely pay employees for all hours worked; and, failed to timely pay employees for all wages owed at termination.

The parties were able to reach a settlement of all claims.

On December 15, 2020, the Court granted final approval of the Settlement and entered Judgment. Any unclaimed funds by class members were forwarded to the California State Controller Unclaimed Property in June of 2023.
