Settled - Doyle v. Good Eggs Technology, Inc.

This class action lawsuit alleges Defendant Good Eggs, Inc., dba Good Eggs Technology, Inc. (“Defendant”) engaged in the following illegal activities: failed to reimburse Plaintiff and proposed class members for work-related expenses, including but not limited to, costs incurred to use their personal cell phones and vehicles to do their jobs; failed to provide meal breaks, or provide compensation for missed meal breaks; failed to provide rest breaks, or provide compensation for missed rest breaks; failed to pay regular and overtime wages; failed to maintain and provide accurate wage statements to employees; failed to timely pay employees for all hours worked; and, failed to timely pay employees for all wages owed at termination.

The parties were able to reach a settlement of all claims.

On December 15, 2020, the Court granted final approval of the Settlement and entered Judgment.
