Settled - Fife v. The Sherwin-Williams Company

This class action lawsuit alleges wrongful conduct by Defendant, The Sherwin-Williams Company (“Sherwin-Williams” or “Defendant”) for its unlawful failure to compensate Plaintiff and proposed class members for the cost of and use of their personal cell phones for work; pay regular and overtime wages; provide accurate and itemized wage statements; pay wages when due.

After consolidating this matter with another related case, the parties were able to reach a settlement of all claims.

On October 23, 2020, the Court granted final approval of the Settlement.
