Plaintiff brought this action on behalf of herself and those similarly situated alleging Greyhound failed to include the extra compensation required by California Labor Code section 1194 in the regular rate of pay when computing overtime compensation, thereby failing to pay Plaintiff and those similarly situated all overtime wages due; failed to provide accurate wage statements to employees as required by California Labor Code section 226; failed to reimburse Plaintiff and those similarly situated for the maintenance and/or purchase of the uniforms Defendants required Plaintiff and those similarly situated to wear while on the job; and failed to issue wage instruments to its California employees in conformity with California Labor Code section 212 by requiring employees to receive their wages via "pay cards" instead of paper check. The parties reached a settlement. The court granted final approval of the settlement on March 11, 2011, funds were disbursed and the case is now closed.
