Settled and Closed – Scott v. Kaiser

This action alleged that Kaiser: (1) failed to provide Plaintiff and other similarly situated employees with timely and uninterrupted meal periods and the extra compensation required by California law; (2) failed to compensate these employees for time worked and overtime worked; (3) failed to provide accurate wage statements to these employees; and, (4) failed to reimburse these employees for expenses incurred including the maintenance and/or purchase of the uniforms Kaiser required them to wear while on the job.

The parties reached a settlement of the case in 2014, funds were disbursed and the case is now closed.
