Settled and Closed - Thomas v. Automobile Club of Southern California

This class action lawsuit alleged wrongful conduct by Defendant Automobile Club of Southern California dba AAA (“AAA”) (“Defendant”), by its unlawful failure to: maintain and provide accurate wage statements to employees; timely pay employees for all hours worked; pay regular and overtime wages; provide rest breaks, or provide compensation for missed rest breaks; provide signed commission plans; and, keep accurate records required.

The case was consolidated with parties were able to reach a settlement of all claims, as well as several other related cases.

On February 7, 2020, the Court granted final approval of the PAGA Settlement and entered Judgement. Settlement funds have been distributed and this case is closed.
