Settled - Thomas v. Automobile Club of Southern California

This class action lawsuit alleged wrongful conduct by Defendant Automobile Club of Southern California dba AAA (“AAA”) (“Defendant”), by its unlawful failure to: maintain and provide accurate wage statements to employees; timely pay employees for all hours worked; pay regular and overtime wages; provide rest breaks, or provide compensation for missed rest breaks; provide signed commission plans; and, keep accurate records required.

The parties were able to reach a settlement of all claims, as well as several other related cases.

On February 7, 2020, the Court granted final approval of the PAGA Settlement.
