Settled and Closed - Williams v. IAC/InterActiveCorp, et al

This lawsuit arises from Defendants IAC/InterActiveCorp (hereinafter “IAC”), and Match Group, Inc. (Hereinafter “Match Group”) wrongful termination of Plaintiff in violation of California Labor Code section 1102.5 and California public policy, as embodied in article I, section 8, of the California Constitution, in retaliation for Plaintiff reporting illegal activity to Defendants and alerting Defendants of his intent to join a civil action brought to address the illegal actions of Defendants.

This matter has been ordered to Arbitration, which was scheduled to begin in March, 2022. Prior to the commencement of the arbitration, the parties were able to reach a settlement of Mr. Williams' claims.
